Welcome to my website with its shop! Every artwork is created with care, and I want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and transparent as possible.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

The shop offers original artworks, limited edition Fine Art Prints and handmade lino prints.

As each artwork is handmade or individually produced, slight variations may occur. Colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Limited Editions

Limited edition artworks are available only while stocks last.

Fine Art Prints are signed and numbered as part of their edition.

4. Pre-orders

Fine Art Prints are currently offered as a pre-order. They are produced after the campaign closes, then signed, numbered and carefully prepared for shipment.

Orders are expected to be dispatched approximately 3 weeks after the campaign ends. If unforeseen delays occur, customers will be informed.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in Euros (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

6. Payment

Orders are processed after full payment has been received.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL Track & Trace.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally 2–8 working days, depending on the destination.

Additional shipping costs may apply for islands or remote locations requiring special shipping arrangements. If this applies, you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage and packaging.

If a shipment is lost, I will work with PostNL to investigate and find a suitable solution.

9. Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact me first.

Your statutory consumer rights under applicable Dutch and European consumer law remain unaffected.

10. Copyright

All artworks, illustrations and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artwork may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Kindness for Kitties

Selected artworks are part of the Kindness for Kitties campaign.

For each eligible artwork sold, a fixed amount will be donated to the participating animal shelter or cat initiative:

• Fine Art Print: €5

• Lino Print: €3

• Original Artwork: €25

The donation is made after the campaign has ended and the final sales have been confirmed.
