meet your anger
Anger is often hidden, suppressed, or dismissed, yet it can also be a source of strength and change. Together we'll explore it through movement, reflection, and ritual. You'll write a letter filled with everything that wants to be said, burn it, and use the ashes together with affirmations to plant the seeds for something new to grow. Come as you are and leave with lighter shoulders, new connections, and a reminder that even fire can nourish.
Please note: This workshop explores emotionally intense themes but is not a therapeutic intervention. If you are currently experiencing acute emotional distress or processing severe trauma, this workshop may not be the right fit.

The Heroine's Journey is a storytelling framework that turns the focus inward. Rather than conquering the outside world, it explores identity, relationships, healing, and embracing the many parts of ourselves.
In this reflective workshop, we'll use the Heroine's Journey as a lens to explore where you are on your own path. Through guided prompts and a creative exercise, you'll identify the stage that resonates with you, create a personal keepsake to represent it, and reflect on the next steps your journey might hold. Expect quiet introspection, shared inspiration, and a chance to reconnect with your own story.
