This piece mirrors the experience of thoughts spiraling in relentless circles. It speaks to the pain beneath the repetition - the desperate wish for the spinning to stop and the helplessness of not being able to break the pattern ourselves. It is a portrait of the quiet exhaustion of going on and on, even when the mind begs for rest.
